YUBA CITY, Calif., May 1, 2005 - Disc Robotics, Inc., manufacturer of the DRI Hawk and Falcon DVD/CD Auto Loaders introduced four new DVD±R Auto Loading Duplicators that copy up to 300 DVDs at up to 16X. Disc Robotics announced today, their Hawk XLT line of 16X DVD/CD PC-Inside Auto Loading duplicators. These new DVD/CD duplicators include industrial strength robotics, removable hard drive, keyboard and mouse, Intel-processor, Windows XP Professional, Padus DiscJuggler NET software with unlimited network users, 15-inch LCD monitor and up to five of the latest 16X DVD±R DVD/CD Recorders. The new models also support Double Layer technology that can copy 8.5GB Double Layer DVDs.

Our customers have been asking for a turnkey duplicating solution that includes features such as a removable hard drive for security, unlimited network users and an LCD monitor as standard equipment. We have listened to their requirements and have bundled a package that will exceed their expectations," commented Mike Dousman, General Manager. "With 16x DVD recording speeds and up to 5 DVD/CD recorders, the DV5-PCI-XLT model can produce up to 600 DVDs in about 12 hours or 600 CDs in about 8 hours, completely unattended. With the unlimited network users feature, jobs can be submitted via the LAN or the internet."

All of the XLT models include Padus DiscJuggler .NET software which allows network users to submit duplication jobs. Disc image files can be sent through a simple web form. To send a job the user only needs to browse to the disc image file of their choice, choose number of copies, select writing speed, browse to a disc label, type text to be printed on the surface of the disc, and send the job directly to the Padus Network Server. Also included is Padus's PFCNET software which allows users to submit network duplication jobs via a command line interface, ideal for developing custom backup or archiving applications.
