Disc Robotics, Inc. offers optional second and third year warranties that must be selected prior to the expiration of the initial warranty twelve (12) months warranty as determined from the date appearing on your invoice. DRI will replace or repair certain defects in the autoloading duplicator for the period of the selected extended warranty. All components are covered by the extended warranty except optical media recording drives (DVD or CD-R), interface adapters, integrated standalone controller (if installed), PC mainboard (if installed) and all components located on and physically attached the PC mainboard.

Printers are covered by a separate extended warranty. DRI will provide remote technical support free of charge by phone or e-mail for the period of the selected warranty. DRI will make repairs at the DRI factory (depot repair). The customer will be notified of parts or components discovered to be defective that are NOT covered by this extended warranty. DRI will provide a quote to the customer for defective parts or components that require replacement and seek approval in writing before repairs are completed. Defective parts are the property of the customer and will be returned when the unit is returned to the customer. The repair and replaced parts are warranted free of defects for 90 days after shipment. Please refer to the RMA request procedure for details on return shipment requirements.

The customer will prepay shipping of the duplicator to the DRI factory. DRI will provide return shipping at DRI’s expense during the warranty periods. All products must be shipped in the DRI authorized packaging or additional charges will be incurred by the customer or the warranty may be voided.
