Yes, your DVD writers will burn regular CD-R discs as well as DVDs.

| 3. Can another graphics program be used to create labels for printing on my discs? |
|
Yes. The SureThing CD-Labeler program allows you to import images in a wide variety of standard formats. You may create your label in the program of your choice, and then export the image or Save As a standard image format (such as BMP, JPG, TIF, EPS, etc). In SureThing, click the "Insert" menu and select "Insert Picture". Select the file you saved earlier, resize it your liking, and then create your PRN file as before.

| 4. Can "Business Card" and "Mini-CD" type discs be used in the DiscMultiplier? |

No. This feature is not supported.

| 6. Since I purchased my DiscMultiplier, faster writers have appeared on the market. I would like to update my unit with these newer drives. Is this possible? |

We would first need the model and serial number of your unit. We would then determine if an upgrade is feasible. Once approved, we can then provide you with the cost and schedule your unit for the update. Contact your dealer for details.
